Isabel Schoaf

Isabel Schoaf currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Group O, having joined the company in July 2023, following prior roles as an Associate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Previously, Isabel gained experience as an Intern in Renewable Generation & Compliance at MidAmerican Energy Company from February 2022 to June 2023, and as a Customer Service Representative at Citizens State Bank of Lena, Stockton, Freeport & Elizabeth from August 2020 to August 2021. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from St. Ambrose University, completed in May 2023, as well as an Associate of Arts in the same field from Highland Community College, obtained in May 2021.
