Juan Cuevas has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and gaming industry, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Group O since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles such as Player Development Manager at Rhythm City Casino Resort and Guest Services Shift Manager at Wild Rose Casino. Juan's career began at Isle of Capri, where responsibilities included Slot Shift Manager and Slot Supervisor. Juan holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Western Illinois University, attended from 2013 to 2015, and is a graduate of Alleman High School, class of 1996.
