Kyle Schultz

Kyle Schultz is an experienced Industrial Engineer with a history of working for various companies in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently employed at Group O since April 2023, Kyle previously held positions at Monroe Truck Equipment and Modifications from December 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing standard work instructions and streamlining fabrication processes. Prior experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Intern role at Cobham Mission Systems, focusing on time studies and labor standards, as well as an Industrial Engineering Intern position at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, where Kyle worked on labor standards and plant layout improvements. Early work experience included roles as a Manufacturer at Bradley Iron Works and an Installer at Lange Sign Group.
