Tom Cotton

Tom Cotton has extensive experience in technology and analytics, beginning with service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1997 to 2004, where qualifications were earned in calibrating and repairing precision measurement equipment. Following military service, Tom Cotton worked as a Senior Developer at SARK and later at Cincinnati Bell, progressing to Lead Developer and Project Manager, overseeing IT systems and application development. Tom Cotton served as Chief Data Officer at The University of Arizona Foundation, where a Data Office was established to enhance data strategy and governance. Currently, Tom Cotton is the Director of Analytics at Group O, responsible for leading analytics initiatives and driving data-informed decision-making. Academic qualifications include a Master of Information Systems from Wright State University, an Associate of Science in Electronic Systems Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
