Hiral Mehta

Hiral Mehta is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the India HR Leader at Groupon since November 2015, with extensive experience in managing global Technology and Operations organizations within a multi-billion dollar e-commerce company. Prior to Groupon, Hiral held the position of Site Operations Manager at Polycom, where responsibilities included guiding employees on HR matters, supporting change initiatives, assessing training needs, and fostering employee engagement. Hiral also worked as an HR Business Partner at Contis, overseeing all HR functions, and served as Human Resources Business Manager at M/S Saraswati Distributors. Hiral holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from KIIT School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts Honors from R.D. Women's Autonomous College.
