Nicolas Hybel

Nicolas Hybel is the Interim Global Head of Payroll at Groupon, where they manage a team of payroll professionals across three countries and lead projects to enhance payroll and HRIS systems. Previously, they held various roles at Groupon, including Finance Operations Manager, where they acted as a finance partner for strategic projects and innovated commercial reporting. Nicolas culminated their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature from Princeton University, following studies at the Latin School of Chicago. Their career also includes internships in marketing and business analysis at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
