Patrick Wrenn

Patrick Wrenn, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in managing financial operations and compliance. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Groupon since February 2017, Patrick leads the SG&A North America accounting team, oversees audit activities, ensures SOX compliance, and drives process improvements through automation. Prior to this role, Patrick held various accounting positions at Groupon, including Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant, where responsibilities included financial statement review, SOX compliance, and global cash management improvements. Previous experience at Kivvit and Hudson Precision Products Co. included managing accounts receivable and assisting with financial close procedures.
