Richard Jenner

Richard Jenner serves as the Director and Assistant General Counsel at Groupon since May 2012, leading global commercial and privacy functions while providing corporate, regulatory, and litigation support across multiple jurisdictions. Richard has held various legal positions within Groupon, including Principal Counsel (International) and Lead Counsel (EMEA), managing significant legal projects and acting as the primary legal contact for multiple regions. Prior to Groupon, Richard worked as a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Hays and as a Solicitor at Lester Aldridge, following a traineeship at Clifford Chance. Richard holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from The College of Law and a BA (Hons) in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
