Shashank Prasad

Shashank Prasad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic business partnering and employee relations. Currently serving as a Strategic HR Business Partner in Global Operations at Groupon since March 2021, Shashank collaborates with various service delivery functions to advise on strategic people initiatives, including performance reviews and succession planning. Prior to Groupon, Shashank worked at Deutsche Bank from March 2013 to December 2020, initially as an HR Business Advisor, where responsibilities included supporting 400 employees and providing guidance to people managers on workforce strategies, and previously as a Senior Analyst in HR Operations managing employee lifecycle transactions.
