Jason Maxwell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, claims adjustment, and church leadership. Currently serving as a Consultant at GroupONE39 since May 2023, Jason focuses on facilitating transformation in churches and ministries. For over 17 years, Jason has held various roles at Farmers Insurance, mentoring team members and leading efforts to enhance efficiency within the claims department. Jason has also contributed significantly to the community through roles as Basketball Commissioner/Coach and Children's Worship Pastor at Bethany 1st Church of the Nazarene, where innovative outreach strategies resulted in a substantial increase in participation. Earlier experience includes serving as Worship/Associate Pastor at Epic Church, managing outreach events and church communications. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Education with a Youth Ministry emphasis from Randall University.
