David Cheek

David Cheek is the current Chief Administrative Officer at Groups360. David has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to their current position, David was the Director of Asset Services at CBRE in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the portfolio of commercial office, industrial, and flex space being managed in Nashville. David provided services through single-point accountability, focusing on the client’s long-term goals while assisting with operations, transitions, management, leasing, investment sales, and financial reporting.

Before their time at CBRE, David was a Property Manager at Cassidy Turley. In this role, they were responsible for all operating functions within a diverse real estate portfolio of office and industrial buildings totaling nearly 300,000 sq feet of office and 2,500,000 sq feet of industrial.

David started their career as a Manager at Cintas Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for managing the operations of the company.

David has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is an asset to any organization.

David Cheek has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

David Cheek reports to Kemp Gallineau, CEO. David Cheek works with Jim Siegienski - CTO, Christian Oliver - SVP, Product, and Tim Flors - Chief Customer Officer.
