Bac held several strategic leadership positions during 18 years at Cisco Systems prior to GroupSense. He also served on the board of directors for OhMyGov!, on the Aquicore board, and on the board of advisors for Language on Demand (LoD). His startup activities include New Dominion Angels (NDA), Scopus Ventures, and his own personal network.
