Grous Partners is a specialist consultancy focused on rural tourism projects.

We support investors, property owners and tourism promoters in the design, positioning and development of hospitality concepts rooted in rural territories. Our work begins before funding applications - with the strategic definition of the project itself: its tourism model, target market, experience logic, operating structure and long-term value potential.

We work on the viability of tourism investments, the repositioning of rural properties for hospitality use, the design of guest experience, and the strategic alignment of projects with public support instruments whenever relevant. Rather than treating tourism as a mere real estate conversion exercise, we approach each project as a hospitality proposition shaped by place, memory, landscape and market fit.

Our areas of expertise include rural tourism investment, agrotourism, country houses, experience design, hospitality in rural settings, tourism-led territorial development, and the qualification of tourism supply in low-density areas.

At Grous Partners, we believe the strength of a rural tourism project does not begin with the subsidy. It begins with the clarity of its concept, the quality of its experience, and its ability to create meaningful value for both guests and territory.
