Anthony Cucci is an experienced formulation chemist currently serving as an Associate Formulation Chemist at Grove Collaborative, starting in May 2024. Cucci has also been working as an R&D Lab Technician at Climax Foods since June 2023 and held the position of Process Support Group Manager at Anheuser-Busch from January 2023 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Cucci worked as a Laboratory Technician II and Innovation Lab Tech on the Analytical Team at Beyond Meat from November 2021 to December 2022. Cucci holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology and a minor in Chemistry from Florida State University, completed between 2017 and 2021.
