Lucy Leahy

Lucy Leahy is the General Manager at Grove Collaborative. Lucy has also served as the Contract Chief Operating Officer at Arber from May 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Beekeeper Marketing from January 2018 to January 2021, where they led and scaled the full-service E-commerce and Retail Media Network agency through hyper growth, expansion, and integration. Before that, they served as the CEO of DripDrop Hydration, PBC from January 2016 to January 2018, where they helped turn around the business after a post-bankruptcy acquisition.

Lucy Leahy has a MBA from Harvard Business School, a MEM from the University of Canterbury, and a BE from the University of Canterbury.

They are on a team with Jennie Perry - Chief Marketing Officer, Brandon Lewis - Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Kathleen O'Brien - VP, Retail. Their manager is Stuart Landesberg, Co-Founder & CEO.
