Groves IQ is the AI processing assistant built for wholesale lenders, brokers, processors, and retail lenders. What used to take 30+ manual steps and 20+ hours of busywork per file is now done on autopilot in just 3 clicks. From conditional approval to clear-to-close, Groves IQ automates condition collection, milestone updates, and pipeline visibility — freeing teams to focus on growth, clients, and what matters most.

Built from inside a $7B mortgage company, Groves IQ was created by industry operators who lived the inefficiencies first-hand. Our founder and team have scaled national mortgage operations across 32 states and 500+ brokers, giving us the insight to design AI that actually works in the trenches.

Today, we’re working alongside enterprise-level lenders, software providers, and technology partners to bring this automation layer to the entire industry. Whether for a single broker or a top-10 wholesale lender, Groves IQ delivers the same promise: 3 clicks to clear-to-close, and hours of work back for every file.
