Grovy Developers is a forward-thinking real estate company in the UAE, recognized among the nation’s Top 10 Most Promising Real Estate Brands by Asia Business Outlook. With a reputation for quality, transparency, and innovation, Grovy has consistently set new benchmarks in the real estate industry.

In 2021, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) acknowledged ARIA by Grovy as one of Dubai’s Top 10 fastest completed developments, delivered in a record-breaking 800 days. This achievement reflects Grovy’s commitment to timely delivery, excellence in execution, and customer trust.

Guided by the leadership of CEO Abhishek Jalan, who brings a background in Engineering (BITS Pilani, Dubai), an MBA in Marketing & Finance (Middlesex University), and experience in global commodities and risk management, Grovy operates with a balance of technical expertise and strategic financial insight. The company’s vision is rooted in nearly five decades of family experience in real estate and a philosophy built on “Spaces that Grow Value.”

Every Grovy project is anchored by the Handshake to Handover commitment, ensuring exceptional quality, transparency, and measurable returns. With a growing portfolio exceeding AED 700M, all projects have been sold out, consistently delivering a minimum of 25% IRR returns for retail investors.

Grovy has also introduced pioneering initiatives such as the Smart Home Guarantee and Construction Transparency Program, raising industry standards for accountability, technology integration, and buyer protection. Today, the company’s developments extend beyond Jumeirah Village Circle into key destinations like Dubai Islands and Dubailand, strengthening Grovy’s presence across prime locations in the UAE.

Looking ahead, Grovy’s Vision 2030 is clear: to become the UAE’s most trusted, forward-thinking developer of choice, empowering communities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering spaces that create long-term value for both residents and investors.
