Robert Li has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Robert is currently serving as the Team Lead for Data Engineering at GROW Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager for Data at Schneider Electric.
From 2021 to 2023, Robert served as an Engineering Manager for the Data and Analytics Platform at AMP Capital. In this role, they managed multiple teams, oversaw product and feature delivery, and engaged with senior business leaders to strategize and measure the ROI of the data platform. Additionally, Robert built the original data warehouse and data marts, configured data ingestion pipelines, and established a development platform and training program for self-serving data analytics.
Robert also held positions at PwC Australia, The GPT Group, KPMG Australia, and Ernst & Young earlier in their career, where they gained experience in tax consulting and management roles.

Robert Li has a diverse educational background. Robert began their academic journey in 2003 at UNSW, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (B.Com LL.B) with a focus on Accounting and Law. Robert successfully completed this program in 2007.
Following their undergraduate studies, Robert enrolled at the University of Sydney in 2010 to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. Robert'sarea of specialization within this program was Tax Law and Economics of Tax Policy, and they completed their studies in 2016.
In addition to their LL.M., Robert also obtained a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia in 2010. This diploma provided him with practical legal training.
More recently, Robert decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of Information Technology. In 2017, they enrolled at UNSW once again, this time pursuing a Master of Information Technology degree with a specialization in Data Science and Engineering. Robert is expected to complete this program in 2024.
In terms of certifications, Robert has obtained several notable credentials. In 2010, they became a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, an accomplishment that demonstrates their legal expertise. Robert also holds certifications in the field of cloud computing, including an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification earned in 2019.
Additionally, in 2022, Robert obtained a certification called "Product Management Elevate" from Academy Xi, which signifies their proficiency in product management.
