Tom Rees is an experienced Program Director currently leading transformation and growth initiatives in the managed funds sector at GROW Inc since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tom worked at State Street focusing on client solutions and strategic growth priorities. Tom's extensive background includes positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Investment Bank, post-merger and acquisition expertise at Westpac, and as a Senior Consultant at Consulting London. Educational achievements include a degree in Behavioral Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and multiple certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Data Analytics from recognized institutions.
