GROW Paediatrics is a multidisciplinary allied health practice supporting children aged 0–18 years across Albury–Wodonga and regional communities. Our team includes speech pathologists, occupational therapists, complex care nurses, early childhood specialists, psychology, counselling and allied health assistants working together to provide evidence-informed, family-centred support.
We deliver services across feeding, sleep, toileting, behaviour, play, communication, regulation and complex care, with a focus on supporting children holistically and empowering families with clear, practical pathways. Our model ensures children can be seen across home, school, kinder, community and in our warm clinic space.
GROW is recognised for its commitment to quality and innovation, including research selected for an international presentation. We are proud to lead work in paediatric feeding, oral motor development, neuroaffirming practice, complex care collaboration and early childhood system reform, particularly for regional families who often face limited access to support.
We work in partnership with families, educators, GPs, paediatricians, NDIS stakeholders and community organisations to ensure every child receives coordinated, compassionate and timely care.
