Aviva Rosman

Aviva Rosman is the Head of Revenue at Grow Progress, where they focus on politics, advocacy, and nonprofits. They co-founded and served as COO of BallotReady from 2015 to 2025, a platform dedicated to empowering U.S. voters with personalized ballots and nonpartisan information. Aviva has also held positions as a Policy Analyst at Stand for Children and as a Group Product Manager at Civitech, among other roles throughout their career. They earned a B.A. in Public Policy and a Master’s Degree from the University of Chicago and have a Type 10 Learning Behavior Specialist I Certificate.
