Mary Bogus

Mary Bogus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research strategy and civic engagement. Currently serving as the Research Strategy Lead and Senior Client Strategist at Grow Progress since May 2022, Mary supports clients in developing effective research strategies and interpreting results. Prior roles include Lead Program Strategist at the Analyst Institute, where contributions spanned from May 2018 to May 2022, and Deputy Director at the Colorado Civic Engagement Roundtable, focusing on coaching, strategy support, and data integration for civic engagement initiatives. Previously, Mary held positions at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, where key responsibilities included directing organizing activities across four state affiliates and implementing measurable field programs to enhance support for reproductive health. Mary has also successfully led voter contact initiatives for various campaigns, achieving significant voter engagement outcomes. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science, Women's Studies, and Ethnic Studies from Colorado State University, along with a Labor Doula certificate from CAPPA.
