Tracy Keogh

Tracy Keogh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board governance, remote work integration, and startup development. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair at Hair Together CLG and Board Member at RISE Global Foundation, Tracy also contributes as a Non Executive Board Member and Co-Founder at Grow Remote, promoting remote employment across numerous communities. Previous roles include embedding remote work at Bank of Ireland and managing the startup incubation program, Startlab. Tracy's background spans corporate finance at BDO Ireland and business development at Ex Ordo, complemented by operational experience in a family-owned restaurant. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance and Economics from the University of Limerick.
