GrowSavvy helps small/growing agency brand owners uncover their true potential for
new business so they can do it brilliantly themselves. Or they can lean on our
team until they're ready to take that step.
When creative firms hire agencies to drive new business for them, they often expect
work to fall in their laps. Alas, it never goes how they imagined; instead, it often ends
in frustration with disappointing results. The failure here is not only on the
conventional new business team but more the firms'; inability to support their efforts.
It stems from a growing agency owner's lack of understanding of what it takes to be
good at winning business. A one-dimensional outsourced sales effort independent of
the brand and devoid of marketing never works.
And cultivating leads is only the start; the ability to nurture prospects and employ
excellent closing skills are a must else all the hard work comes to nothing. The
reality is winning new business takes a marriage of talents, sound strategy,
meticulous planning and simultaneous execution across several disciplines. The new
business agency and firm have to work together in partnership, be creative, think
and behave like a brand.
For GrowSavvy to help you grow we need to see what makes you tick, know if you
have what it takes and figure out where we can help you become brilliant at new
business.
We start with your plans objectives and work to build a new business machine, while
all the time pushing back to make sure your approach is robust and practical. We
can resource as much or as little of the ongoing process as you want or need, and
you will have access to all the expertise you could ever want.
