Dean McDowell graduated from Napier University in May 2006 and began their career as a Network Operations Centre engineer at British Telecom shortly thereafter. After eight months, Dean transitioned to The Internet Business (Tibus), where they worked from March 2007 to March 2012, gaining extensive experience in server support and troubleshooting. Following their time at Tibus, Dean served as an IS/IT End User Support Engineer at SHS Group until 2019 and then took on roles at Flint Studios and The Grow Group. Currently, Dean works as a Systems & IT Engineer at StormHarvester, where they continue to engage with various technologies in the digital agency sector.
