Edwin Arce

Edwin Arce, Jr., MSW, LCSW, currently serves as a Licensed Therapist at Grow Therapy, delivering evidence-based mental health services through a telehealth platform since July 2025. Previously, Arce has held various positions, including HUD VASH Social Worker at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where responsibilities included supporting homeless veterans, and as Area Manager for Mint Condition Franchising, Inc. Arce's experience also encompasses roles such as Sickle Cell Social Worker at Atrium Health, Rapid Rehousing Program Coordinator, and Clinical Social Work Intern at the Veterans Health Administration. Arce holds a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, and possesses a strong background in customer experience, finance management, and social services, shaped by a decade of service in the United States Marine Corps.
