Grow Well seeks to equip pregnant persons and their partners for a peaceful and informed childbirth. Through her classes, Meredith helps prepare couples to approach birth with knowledge, resources and training for labor and delivery in whatever birth space they choose--hospital, birth center or in the home.

Meredith is trained and certified in The Bradley Method™ of natural childbirth and a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Her classes draw from a variety of approaches and cover prenatal nutrition, relaxation, educating and equipping the partner ("coach") for birth, what to expect in labor and delivery, pain management techniques, labor practice, and more! Meredith values evidence-based practice and is diligent in providing the most up to date research to her students. Couples leave her classes ready to embrace the birth process with all that they learned and practiced together.

COVID-19 Update: We have been offering classes in-person for our families in a safe, responsible manner since June 2021. Babies are still on their way, and now, more than ever, parents need childbirth education as they navigate an evolving medical climate. I will continue to provide quality and engaging teaching, and class sizes are kept small to allow for the safety of all. Please contact for more information about in-person learning. Virtual option is always avail for those who desire it.
