What we do

Grow2FIT designs, builds and operates infrastructure platforms for environments where failure is not an option. We work with banks, fintechs, insurance companies and payment providers — organizations where a platform outage or a failed audit isn't just inconvenient, it's existential.

Who we work with

Our clients fall into two categories. Regulated scaleups — fintechs and payment companies growing fast, who need a reliable infrastructure partner so they can focus on their product instead of Kubernetes clusters and DORA compliance. And regulated enterprises — banks and insurers modernizing legacy infrastructure, who need senior expert perspective and hands-on delivery capacity they can't build fast enough internally.

How we're different

We bring a combination you won't easily find elsewhere: senior infrastructure engineers who build platforms, and senior banking experts who understand the regulatory and operational reality those platforms must serve. This isn't two separate teams — it's one delivery unit where technology decisions are shaped by real financial services experience from day one. We design solutions that fit precisely, without over-engineering — and we use AI-powered operations to deliver faster and more consistently than teams three times our size.
