Growschool was grounded based on the concerns of a caring group of youth about the challenges of living in Iran. We have come to this idea a few years ago when lacking necessary competencies for living in nowadays world was the topic of discussion. So in Grow, we make youth think about their purpose and help them design their life based on the core factors of a purposeful life. Consequently, planning Career pathway and Education, Network of Developmental Relationships, and Spare Time for emerging adults are the focus of Growschool. We hope to provide the opportunity for all youth to design their own life purpose before the life has a design for them.
