GrowFit, established in 2006, is the Bay Area's premier provider of sports-based camps and comprehensive physical education programs for children aged 4-12. Our mission is to deliver memorable, active, and enriching experiences in an inclusive and supportive environment, fostering physical health, social skills, and lasting friendships.

We offer a diverse range of camps, including All-Sports, LEGO®, Art, Science, Soccer, and Flag Football, designed to inspire enthusiasm for sports and creative exploration. Additionally, GrowFit partners with elementary and middle schools throughout the Bay Area to provide engaging and innovative physical education programs. Our widely adopted PE curriculum is used nationwide, empowering educators with effective resources to promote lifelong fitness and wellness among students.
