Maria E. Morales is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving on the Executive Committee Board and as the Tampa Bay Chapter Chair at GrowFL since June 2022, Maria has demonstrated a commitment to fostering business growth. With a long-standing tenure as a Partner at CliftonLarsonAllen since January 2010, Maria has also held influential positions, including Co-Chair of Women of ALPFA and Director of Communications at ALPFA Tampa Bay from March 2004 to January 2010, and Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from January 2002 to January 2010. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at Gulf Coast Avionics Corp. from June 1995 to May 2000. Maria holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, where studies extended from 1995 to 2007.

GrowFL was created in 2009 and is dedicated to support and accelerate the growth of second-stage companies throughout Florida, by providing their leaders focused, efficient, and timely access to resources they deem important, such as connections with other second-stage company leaders, and to professional organizations whose expertise, experience, and products lead to the second-stage company’s continued growth and prosperity resulting in diversification and growth of Florida’s economy. Second-stage growth companies have at least 10 employees and a $1 million in revenue and possess an intent and desire to grow beyond second-stage.
