Stephen O'Dorisio, CPA, CIA, is a seasoned audit, risk, and compliance leader with extensive experience in large public and multinational organizations. They began their career at Colorado State University as a Research/Teaching Assistant before progressing through roles at companies such as Ernst & Young, where they served as a Staff and Senior Auditor. Currently, Stephen holds the position of Director of Internal Audit at GrowGeneration Corp, and has previously contributed as Senior Audit Manager at Calavo Growers and Internal Audit Manager at CPI Card Group. With a strong foundation in business administration and accounting from Colorado State University, Stephen is known for critical thinking and building professional relationships in complex regulatory environments.
