Growing Hope exists to center children, support families, and brighten our communities with hope, because we know that safety and stability are built through early support, strong relationships, and communities that show up before a crisis becomes a removal. Our reason for being is rooted in what we see every day: children carrying the weight of trauma, caregivers trying to hold families together while navigating housing instability, behavioral health needs, poverty, and isolation, and systems that are often forced to respond after harm has already escalated. We believe children do best when they can remain safely connected to family and community, and when that is not possible, they deserve caregivers who are trained, supported, and equipped to meet complex needs with compassion and skill. Guided by our vision of transforming child welfare with innovation and courage so every child and family is safer, stronger, and more hopeful, we work across the full continuum, from prevention and stabilization to foster care and transition-age supports, so fewer families reach the breaking point and more children experience consistent care, belonging, and a real path forward. We bring hope in a form families can feel: timely services, practical resources, trauma-informed support, and a commitment to building systems that are more responsive, more equitable, and more effective for the children and families they are meant to serve.
