Dr. Janet is a certified coach and yoga/wellness therapist who holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Development. 
She utilizes a variety of approaches and is certified in Reiki, Trauma-Based Healing, NLP practitioner, Ennegram, and Human Design.
Her eclectic approach is tried and true over the past 30 years and 1000s of clients. She has adapted these methods and incorporated them into her Soul Sourced Essential Leadership model.
Additionally, she has implemented long-term action plans and provides Action Research to verify all performance measures and results.

She is also founder of the Transformational Leadership Certification Academy.
Here, she employs and methods for Transformational Coaching with a curriculum that includes both theory and application practice.
