Maxime Bascon

Maxime Bascon is the Chief of Staff at GROWL, where they focus on transforming traditional punching bags into life-size physical AI coaches. They previously served as Head of Corporate at Oteria Cyber School from 2022 to 2024 and as a Business Analyst at Cityscoot from 2021 to 2022. Maxime has also held roles such as Project Lead for the Direction interministérielle de la transformation publique and Founder Associate at Alan, where they contributed to M&A, fundraising, and brand strategy. They hold a Master 2 from École Polytechnique and a MiM from HEC Paris, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts from Paris-Sorbonne University.
