Growler Energy is an independent power producer through partnerships on renewable energy projects. We also conduct applied research in areas that support our development objectives, including hydrogen and other clean fuels, storage technologies, offshore electrification, and industry decarbonization.

Headquartered in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Growler Energy is an impactful and nimble renewable energy developer, much like our namesake.

We have a progressive, community-centric approach to renewable energy development and are developing Tomorrow’s Energy in a passionate, knowledgeable, and respectful way. We believe it is the only way forward. We are working toward a low carbon future by applying reliable, sustainable renewable energy solutions to communities and industry.

Tomorrow’s Energy is more than a sustainable, clean energy source. We envision an industry where energy is clean, sustainable and focuses on empowering the communities where we operate with a solid foundation in respect. It is diverse, inclusive, and ever evolving. It is a blend of new, emerging and existing technologies.

We use the renewable resources that are all around us to develop best-fit solutions that empower community and industry. Together, we envision a future that is 100% renewable and sustainable, and that forms the basis of everything we do.
