Mattias Seger has extensive work experience in the field of leadership and organizational development. Mattias started their career at Gaia Leadership in 2010, where they worked as a Leadership Consultant, Senior Partner, and Owner, focusing on transforming leadership and culture in management, teams, and organizations. During their time there, they provided various services such as programs, team training, group facilitation, and executive coaching.
In 2011, Seger joined Riksidrottsförbundet as a member of the RF Resursteam, specializing in elite sports and sport psychology. Mattias worked with national and international teams, players, and coaches in sports such as American Football, Soccer, Ice Hockey, Sailing, and Floorball.
Seger's career then moved towards enterprise transformational coaching, starting with Arbetsförmedlingen in 2012. Mattias supported the Swedish employment agency in its journey towards becoming a mature and stakeholder-oriented organization, focusing mainly on IT and digitalization.
From 2012 to 2019, Seger worked as an Enterprise Transformational Coach at Electronic Arts (EA), where they supported upper management and directors in leadership, transformation, and organizational development. Mattias created results in the transforming world of the gaming industry.
During the same period, Seger also worked as an Enterprise Transformational Coach for Roche. Mattias collaborated with the Leadership and Training Manager to transform the company from a functional-driven organization to a learning cross-functional organization. Mattias designed and implemented a training program that helped develop leadership and teaming skills within Roche.
In 2014, Seger joined Systembolaget AB as an Enterprise Transformational Coach. Mattias supported leaders, managers, and management teams in leadership and transformation during a time of complex, changing, digital world.
In 2016, Seger co-founded Edgren & Seger, a company focused on empowering people and organizations to develop mindsets and skillsets for sustainability, prosperity, and abundance. The company aims to create a true synergist approach and make a real impact.
In 2019, Seger founded V3VO - Vertical Evolution, which is a leadership company in the form of a mobile app called GROWLOOP. This initiative aims to support individuals, teams, and organizations in achieving success and personal growth.
Seger also joined Business Driven Development AB in 2020 as a Partner. Their role involved enabling agile transformations in organizations through enterprise and leadership coaching, consulting, training, and driving cultural and mindset shifts.
Most recently, in 2021, Seger founded growloop, a digital leadership trainer and coach platform. This platform focuses on enabling the personal development of leadership for individuals and large-scale organizations.

Mattias attended Stockholms akademi för psykoterapiutbildning in 2014, where they received a degree in Licensiering Relational Management and Certifiering Leadership Agility. Their field of study was Psychology and Relational Management.
In 2012, Mattias attended SIQ, Institutet för Kvalitetsutveckling, where they obtained a degree in EFQM Assessor. Their field of study was Leadership and Quality management.
In 2009, they enrolled at Leapfrog AB and received a degree in Professional Coach PCC, which was an ICF approved training program. Their field of study was Professional Coaching, specifically PCC.
In 2008, Mattias also attended Leapfrog AB and completed a degree in Professional Coach ACC, which was also an ICF approved training program. Their field of study was Professional Coaching, specifically ACC.
The Academy for Coaching Excellence was another institution Mattias attended in 2013. Mattias earned a degree in MLE, focusing on Professional Coaching, Mastering Life's Energies, Physical Education Teaching and Coaching.
In 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organization, and HR-management from the University of Gävle. Mattias completed this degree in 2011.
Mattias also undertook additional trainings and certifications in various fields. Mattias studied Mental Training, with a focus on Sport Psychology, at Riksidrottsförbundet in 2010-2011. Mattias obtained a certification in UGL (Utveckling av Grupp och Ledare) from Rezon in 2010. Additionally, in their earlier years, Mattias pursued education in fields such as Game Design and 3D Graphics at Playground Squad, Visualization and Industrial Graphics at Powerhouse, Marketing at the University of Gävle, Art Direction and Graphical Design at Berghs School of Communication, and Databases and Programming at Lexicon.
