Dan Rayfield

Dan Rayfield is currently the Co-Founder at Grown, a position they have held since 2023. They previously worked at Paradowski Creative from 2016 to 2019, where they served in various roles including Creative Director and Experience Design Director. Prior to that, Dan gained experience at FleishmanHillard as an Associate Designer and Senior Designer, and at Moosylvania as a Senior Art Director from 2012 to 2014. Dan completed an AFA in Graphic Communications at St. Louis Community College and a BFA in Graphic Design at Maryville University of Saint Louis.
