Vincent Harkiewicz

Vincent Harkiewicz is the Co-Founder and CEO at Grownetics. Vincent has over 10 years of experience in product development and management.

Vincent started their career as a Creative Director at RayNu Energy Ltd., where they were responsible for developing the company's brand identity and product line. Vincent then moved on to Creative Forces International, where they helped clients take new product lines from concept to mass production and global fulfillment. In 2011, Vincent founded Orogen, a platform for inventing the future by working collaboratively with companies, brands, and real communities. At Orogen, Vincent designed and developed innovative new automation products with Rademacher, and high end wireless audiophile solutions with First Chair Acoustics.

In 2015, Vincent co-founded Grownetics, a company that uses data and machine learning to optimize commercial cannabis cultivation. Grownetics' goal is to help cultivators increase yields, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
