Laura Heft, Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of GrowOptimism, LLC.  She has extensive experience working in Fortune 500 companies on selection, assessment, and development with over 35 different tests and assessments.  Her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
