Joy Avila

Joy Avila is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in creative direction and content strategy. Currently serving as Marketing Director at GrowPath since February 2024, Joy has a long-standing role as Creative Director at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, starting in April 2013, with prior positions as Creative Manager and Content Writer. Joy’s background includes teaching as a Ballroom Instructor at Fred Astaire Dance Studio from January 2010 to April 2017, as well as managing operations and production at ON HOLD:32 during the same period. Joy has also contributed to youth sports as the U12 Girls Academy Program Head Coach for Triangle Futbol Club and has experience in journalism and copywriting through roles at The Triangle, Brio Magazine, and The Commoner. Joy holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bryan College, attained in 2009.
