Aviva Rosman

Aviva Rosman is currently the Head of Revenue at Grow Progress, where they focus on politics, advocacy, and nonprofits. They co-founded and served as COO of BallotReady until its acquisition in 2025, a platform that aimed to enhance voter engagement and provide personalized ballot information across the U.S. Aviva gained experience as a Policy Analyst at Stand for Children and held multiple roles in education and public policy, including Managing Editor for the Illinois State Charter School Commission. They earned a Master’s Degree from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Public Policy from the same institution.
