Meha Elhence is a designer and researcher with four years of professional experience in civic digital services, currently serving as a Senior UI/UX Product Designer at Grow Progress. Previously, Meha held roles including UX Designer at Tufts JumboCode, where a secure database for monitoring domestic violence cases was developed, and at MITRE, where efforts were led to modernize software for federal agencies. Meha's design work has consistently focused on creating impactful, data-driven user experiences, underpinned by strong mixed methods user research skills.
