Norma D.

Norma D. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Norma most recently worked at Grow Progress as a Project Manager starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Qualtrics as a Technical Account Manager from August 2021 to August 2022. Norma also has experience in business development at Quorum, a public affairs software company, where they worked from October 2020 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, they were a Teach For America 2018 Corps Member and an AP Human Geography Teacher at IDEA Public Schools from June 2018 to June 2020. Norma also gained experience through internships at Student Action with Farmworkers and the National Domestic Workers Alliance in 2017.

Norma D. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy, Cultural Anthropology, and Latino/a Studies in the Global South from Duke University. Norma also pursued studies in West African Studies and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Ghana. In terms of additional certifications, Norma acquired the Full Stack Web Development certification from The George Washington University, as well as certifications in various professional skills from LinkedIn, including Presenting to Senior Executives and Executive Influence.
