Misako Kojima

Misako Kojima has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Misako currently holds the role of Lead, Regional Growth at Growsari, where they are responsible for overseeing growth strategies and initiatives in the GMA, North, and Central Luzon regions. Prior to this, Misako worked as the Manager, New Channels at Growsari, where they played a key role in developing and managing new sales channels.

In 2023, Misako will join The BetterGroup as a Co-Founder. The BetterGroup is a conglomerate with various businesses in food production, logistics, growth and marketing, and franchising. As a Co-Founder, Misako will contribute to the company's mission of providing superior products and services to underserved markets. Misako will also be involved in expanding the company's brands into new stores.

Before joining Growsari and The BetterGroup, Misako co-founded Launch, a cloud kitchen based in Quezon City. At Launch, they worked with regional homegrown brands to create a borderless dining experience and enable brand expansion with minimal startup costs.

Earlier in their career, Misako gained valuable experience at Procter & Gamble. Misako held several managerial positions, including Manager of Sales in the Indirect Modern Trade and Direct Retail Channels. In these roles, they developed growth strategies and led cross-functional teams to provide excellent services to key accounts.

Prior to their time at Procter & Gamble, Misako worked at Iontech, Inc. as an Associate in Product Management. Misako handled multiple brands in the security and surveillance solutions sector and was responsible for pricing decisions, post-sales support, and conducting site surveys.

Overall, Misako Kojima has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as sales, channel management, product management, and entrepreneurship. Throughout their career, they have consistently contributed to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Misako Kojima obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In October 2018, they obtained additional certifications as a Milestone Certified Design Engineer and a Milestone Certified Integration Technician from Milestone Systems.
