You already know how to run great marketing. What most leaders have never had is the operating system underneath it, the repeatable way to operate the function so it scales without one person holding it all together.

Growth Activated helps senior B2B marketing leaders build and own a CMO Operating System, scale the function, and grow without losing their freedom. Built by a CMO, for CMOs.

The CMO Operating System is a live training cohort where a marketing leader assembles and owns the system behind her function, layer by layer, with AI compounding inside it. She leaves with the system itself, the skills, the prompts, and the dashboards, running and hers to keep.

This is for the leader who owns strategy, team, and budget and is still going thing to thing in a reactive environment. The CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Marketing leading it all in-house, and the fractional CMO running every engagement on instinct instead of a system. Same operating system, framed for both.

Founder Mandy Hornaday brings 15+ years in B2B marketing leadership, including scaling a professional services organization from $50M to $750M. The CMO Operating System is built and tested inside her fractional practice, against client work across companies from pre-revenue to $500M.

🎙️ Tune into the Growth Activated Podcast for conversations with B2B marketing leaders and strategists on building and scaling high-performing marketing. Available on all major platforms.
