Growth Lab helps companies navigate AI-driven workforce transformation through embedded culture residencies — a structured intervention that protects the humans who matter most when automation scales.

The program has three phases:
Months 1–3: Workforce diagnostics. We enter through employees, not leadership. Build trust as a no-stakes outsider with no HR reporting line. Observe meeting dynamics, reward structures, and the gap between what gets measured and what actually drives performance. Diagnose where the transformation is eroding psychological safety before it becomes visible in attrition.
Months 4–6: Leadership and management redesign. Work with executives to change what gets measured, rewarded, and reinforced — through operational changes, not workshops. Redesign the conditions that either enable or destroy judgment work, creative problem-solving, and leadership under uncertainty.
Standing watch: Quarterly audits and early intervention. Hand over diagnostic tools, playbooks, and behavioral scorecards the organization can run independently. Then stay close — quarterly check-ins for the first year or two, with rapid re-engagement when market disruption hits again.
The companies automating hardest are the most dependent on their humans performing at their highest level. We make sure the culture conditions exist for that to happen — before the irreplaceable people walk.
