Mitchell Stubbs is currently the Head of People and Culture at Growthbuilt, a premier tier 2 building and construction company in Australia. With previous experience as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Avant Mutual and Vice President & Senior HR Business Partner at Marsh, Mitchell brings extensive expertise in human resources and management. Mitchell holds a Master of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Newcastle.
