Ed Choa

Ed Choa is currently the Head of Experience, Regional at GrowthOps, where they build bridges connecting end-customers to businesses. With a strong foundation in design, Ed has applied a design-thinking approach across various responsibilities, including leadership, project management, and product design. Previously, Ed served as a UX Lead at GrowthOps, mentoring a diverse team of designers and evolving the Experience Design Practice in Asia. They also held the position of Digital Director at both @ccomplice and APDgroup.com, driving digital transformation and advocating for user-centric processes. Ed earned a diploma in Design and Visual Communications from Temasek Polytechnic.
