Hailey Costa has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Hailey began their career as a Sales Associate at Tillys, where they demonstrated the importance of customer needs and processed cash and credit payments. In 2016, they worked as a Key Holder at francesca's, where they demonstrated leadership and management skills. In 2017, they were a Bridal Consultant at Elegant Lace Bridal, where they demonstrated sales techniques and leadership skills. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Specialist at thredUP, where they educated and raised brand awareness.
